Saving your favorite public Instagram videos to your phone or desktop takes just a few seconds. Follow our simple visual guide below.
Copy the Public Instagram Link
Open the Instagram app on your mobile device (iOS/Android) or visit instagram.com on your browser. Navigate to the public Reel or Video you wish to save, click the share icon (paper airplane) or the 3-dots menu icon (...), and select Copy Link.
Paste the Link into InstaSave
Visit InstaSave. Click the input box and paste your copied URL, or simply click the handy Paste button to automatically paste it from your clipboard.
Click "Download" & Preview
Hit the Download button. Our system parses the publicly available video stream and generates a clean preview showing the video duration, thumbnail, and creator information.
Save Video to Your Device
Click the Download Video button. The MP4 video file will be securely downloaded to your device’s Downloads folder or Camera Roll in original high-definition quality.
